Enjoy this holiday studio near La Palmyre, set in the Charente countryside just 10 minutes from the wild coast beaches, La Coubre Forest, Ronce les Bains, Royan, and La Palmyre Zoo. The 25 m² property features a sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and an extra toilet, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, dishware, and dryer. The private outdoor space offers a garden, open-air terrace, and plancha grill. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property. One reserved parking space is available for a single vehicle. Smoking and events are not permitted. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. Cleaning, bed linens, and bath towels are available for an extra fee. You may also bring your own linens if you prefer—please inform your host before arrival.
